Event hosts are responsible for:

- Honoring any commitments made to attendees
Lokul is not responsible for events created by users. Attend events at your own risk.

Lokul and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lokul and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. Disclaimers
Lokul is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of event information
- The safety of events
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- The behavior of other users
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lokul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
